I’ve been piddling wid Linux since 1996, and even tho Win11 Pro is my primary OS I still enjoy piddling wid, testing, and learning about Linux. In this modern world most of us already use 2-3 OSes – maybe without even knowing it, so checking out one more OS isn’t going to be that difficult, IMHO. 👏👍👌🙂

Am no expert USB ‘Techie‘ but I do know what ‘Desktop Duty‘ is — it is the performance I expect from ‘My Computers‘, other hardware, my OS, and other software (to a lesser degree).
When I transfer a 4.46 GB Redcore.Linux.Hardened.2301.Sirius.KDE.amd64.iso from a download folder to a 128 GB USB (NTFS format), I don’t like waiting for 2-3 minutes – or more in some cases. Here’s an example of the different Write speeds between a 128 GB SanDisk Ultra and a 128 GB SanDisk Extreme PRO®:

Russia’s centuries-long quest to conquer Ukraine:
Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022 shocked many around the world.
But anyone who paid attention to Ukrainian history would have seen it coming.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered several excuses for the invasion. One was to kill all the supposed “Nazis” in Ukraine. Another was to eliminate Ukraine’s supposed military threat to Russia.
But the true reason was to annex Ukraine as a territory that Putin believes has always rightfully belonged to Russia. In speeches that recalled imperial times, Putin claimed that Ukraine’s independence was a mistake that he intended to correct.
This meant conquering Kyiv, toppling the elected government, and destroying the Ukrainian national identity.
Putin’s twisted vision isn’t new. Russia has been doing this for close to 400 years.

Cinnamon is my favorite Linux desktop environment (DE), but the Cinnamon DE of Manjaro is a “Community” project ‘n hasn’t remained as steady of an OS as I prefer. At one time, Manjaro Cinnamon did offer the root user login option, but then suddenly stopped one day. Tested it again yesterday, but it still doesn’t offer me the root user login option ‘n I won’t use an OS that seeks to ‘cOnTrOl‘ what the computer user can & cannot do on their own computers — I am the Root User on all my computers ‘n refuse to be ‘cOnTrOllEd‘ by some Linux ‘Nanny‘. 👎
However, as an ‘Official Image‘ that is maintained by the “Manjaro Team” – Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma has remained steady for me, and I looking to move Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma 22.1.0 up into Tier Two of my Top 10++ Linux Distros. 👍👌👏
