I have 3 desktop PCs and a Dell lappy – only keep all my Data on one PC tho. That means adding or updating data to the others at times, and switching USBs or adding an adapter to them according to what connection type of port is available, i.e., a USB Type-C or Type-A.
Purchased a SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual Drive USB Type-C & Type-A after seeing one, and it works perfect! 👍👌👏
Have seen others with both the Type-C & Type-A connections, and even have one, but they seem to require pulling caps or rotating awkwardly or other such methods.
This SanDisk Ultra Dual drive makes it simple with its “Retractable design with a reversible USB Type C connector and a traditional USB connector.” Speed performance is up to 150MB/s read speeds with USB 3.1, Gen. 1/USB 3.0 ports.
If I need faster transfers I’ll use the SanDisk Extreme PRO, but it is big and bulky compared to this new Ultra Dual Drive—which is 1 3/8-inch x 3/4-inch in size.
