Ukrainian flag raised over Robotyne – *HUGE* Win!

Robotyne is just a small village, but a major win for the Ukrainian Counteroffensive. If you don’t understand what Open Source investigative research is about (like Tucker Carlson for an example), then start here: First Steps to Getting Started in Open Source Research.

With all the news sources & propaganda sites speculating or lying on what is happening in Russia’s reinvasion of Ukraine, it becomes extremely helpful to find sites that obtain most of their info from Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) sites—sites that use easy to find satellite imagery, social media posts by war corespondents, public government reports, online photos & videos, etc., and then compare them all until actual facts can be found.

The promise of open-source intelligence: ‘It is a welcome threat to malefactors and governments with something to hide

Robotyne

That map shows Robotyne, which is in Russia’s first line of defense, and Ukraine just broke thru this section. The first line of defense has been Russia’s strongest, and very difficult to break thru—as that ISW map reflects. Now the Ukrainians are looking at Russia’s second line of defense in this area, and many suspect that it may be weaker than the Russian’s first line of defensive.

This breakthrough will help in Ukraine’s plan to cutoff Crimea from the rest of Russia’s occupation.

Ukrainian flag raised over Robotyne

The flag was raised by soldiers of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade, who had been fighting for this village for several months.

“The blue and yellow flag with the signature of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine flew on the school destroyed by the Russian invaders on the National Flag Day,” the Brigade said.

This settlement in the Zaporizhzhia region was a powerful defense point for the Russian invaders.

The road to the village ran through numerous minefields, which the Ukrainian military had to pass under fire.

The fact is that the settlement lies on the road from Orikhiv to Tokmak. This logistics hub of the Russian army is about 20 kilometers away from Robotyne.
