I keep a list of new TV series that I plan to purchase, and I had Dark Winds on it because of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Zahn_McClarnon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Zahn McClarnon<\/b><\/a> and his performance as &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hanzee_Dent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Hanzee Dent<\/i><\/a>&#8216; in the excellent <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fargo_(TV_series)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Fargo<\/b><\/a> (TV series).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dark_Winds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Dark Winds<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>Dark Winds is an American psychological thriller television series created by Graham Roland based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tony_Hillerman#Joe_Leaphorn_and_Jim_Chee_books\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leaphorn &amp; Chee novel series<\/a> by Tony Hillerman. Have never seen a Movie or TV series where the acting seemed to come so &#8216;<i>naturally<\/i>&#8216; to the Actors, <i>which made the six episodes I watched seem so real<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ScriptDialogue\"><\/span>Script\/Dialogue?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>First couple of episodes seemed to have needed better writers <i>at times<\/i>. I&#8217;m no expert reviewer, believing that most people will like what they like, and professional &#8216;<i>Reviewers<\/i>&#8216; never impressed me.<\/p>\n<p><i>Anyway<\/i>, some of the early dialogue seemed to bog down <i>at times<\/i>, but that may have been purposely done, i.e., maybe Navajos speak slower at times (??). <em>Then again<\/em>, I am an old White man&#8230;so to speak whilst \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n<p>Didn&#8217;t notice any such issue as I got into episodes 3-6.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><iframe title=\"Dark Winds Season 1 Trailer | Rotten Tomatoes TV\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KU9X4Xyb8JE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50\u2b50 &amp; Can&#8217;t wait for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amc.com\/shows\/dark-winds--1053387\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dark Winds<\/strong><\/a> Season 2! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dark Winds is a new TV series that I have just purchased.
