It also offers solutions for any problems you might have, tho I didn&#8217;t really have any issues except on the AMD test machine.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/karmismusingstech.com\/index.php\/my-computers\/\"><i><b>My Computers<\/b><\/i><\/a> that has be used in these tests: <b>1)<\/b> &#8216;<i>Apevia<\/i>&#8216; is my main computer, but also used it in these tests. <b>2)<\/b> &#8216;Rose&#8217; &amp; Frankenstein (AKA \u2013 \u2018<i>Frank<\/i>\u2018) are my two main test computers. <b>3)<\/b> &#8216;<i>DIYPC<\/i>&#8216; is my only AMD machine \u2014 which has been &#8216;<i>retired<\/i>&#8216; to a storage shed since I no longer buy or build any AMD machines. <u>Great at promoting<\/u> their products, but AMD constantly fails during my tests &amp; experiments \u2014 &#8216;<i>Desktop Duty<\/i>&#8216; tests, <i>over time<\/i>, have revealed that AMD just isn&#8217;t as reliable or stable or even that much cheaper than Intel&#8230;IMHO.<\/p>\n<p>I found several Coupons whilst searching for one, but used this one: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colormango.com\/product\/flashboot-pro_151609.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>25% OFF FlashBoot Pro Coupon 2023 (100% Working)<\/b><\/a>. Clicking on &#8220;Get Deal&#8221; took me to FlashBoot&#8217;s site, and the Coupon already added into the price \u2014 $29.95 minus $7.49 coupon equaled $22.46 total price. They send you a link for the Pro version, which you can also reuse later to update to a newer version.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/betanews.com\/2023\/03\/17\/install-windows-on-usb-flash-drive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>How to install Windows on a USB Flash Drive<\/b><\/a> article by Martin Brinkmann was a brief &#8216;n helpful info source.<\/p>\n<p>FlashBoot&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prime-expert.com\/flashboot\/more_info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Compatibility with Windows XP and Vista<\/b><\/a> page has other info &#8216;n also has a link to their User Guide.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prep\"><\/span>Prep<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The only prep that I needed before testing, <i>besides a little research<\/i>, was the &#8220;Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices&#8221; from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/software-download\/windows11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Microsoft Download Windows 11<\/b><\/a> page \u2014 since you&#8217;ll need that iso file for FlashBoot.<\/p>\n<p>Once it is downloaded, you can transfer the iso to a NTFS formatted USB if needed, i.e., Fat32 can only work at transferring 4 GBs or less iso files, and the <b>Win11_22H2_English_x64v1<\/b> iso is 5.17 GBs. If your computer is too old to pass the Microsoft requirements, you <i><u>may have to<\/u><\/i> use another machine to get that iso.<\/p>\n<p>If you have issues wid your USB then try another brand. SanDisk &amp; Samsung brands both worked for me. See \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/linuxnewbiesince1996.wordpress.com\/linux-n-usb-flash-drives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Linux \u2018n USB Flash Drives<\/i><\/a> for more info.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion_of_Part_1\"><\/span>Conclusion of Part 1<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Linux isn&#8217;t the only &#8216;<i>Portable<\/i>&#8216; OS for me now. \\o\/ \u2018<i>Hippity hip Hoorah<\/i>\u2018 \\o\/<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prime-expert.com\/flashboot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>FlashBoot<\/b><\/a> has been more than just impressive, <i>to this point<\/i>. The only real failure I had was in trying it on &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/linuxnewbiesince1996.wordpress.com\/buy-low-or-byoc-build-your-own-computer-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Sam<\/i><\/a>&#8216; \u2014 my converted from Chromebook to Linux <a href=\"https:\/\/linuxnewbiesince1996.wordpress.com\/2021\/06\/18\/how-to-turn-a-314-57-chromebook-into-a-fedora-linux-laptop-tablet-sketchbook-chromebook-series-part-5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laptop\/Tablet\/Sketchbook<\/a>.
