Tails<\/b><\/a> = The Amnesic Incognito Live System. It<\/b><\/a> is a ‘security-focused Debian-based Linux distribution aimed at preserving privacy and anonymity.<\/i>‘ If you’ve never tried Linux then Tails<\/b><\/a> may be an easy way for you to test it.<\/p>\n On my ‘<\/b>KM&T<\/i>‘ Blog ‘Hub<\/i><\/a>‘<\/b> page dropdown menu there is the Linux ‘<\/b>Hub<\/b><\/i>‘<\/b><\/a> <\/b>listed, and that link leads to my old Linux Newbie – since 1996<\/a> blog. Lots of handy Linux info there so I have made it a ‘Hub<\/i>‘ to this new self-hosted KM&T<\/b><\/a> blog. At that old Linux blog is a page located on the sidebar – Special *PURPOSE* Linuxes<\/b><\/i><\/a>. There are some interesting ‘Specialty<\/em>‘ Linuxes listed in the articles there.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n No one knows Linux like Linus Torvalds, and he says – ‘One of the problems Desktop Linux has is it\u2019s not made for normal people<\/a>, and by normal people<\/a> I mean, obviously nontechnical people\u2026<\/em>\u2018 (NOTE<\/strong>: ‘Technical people<\/em>‘ are defined as Developers, Programmers, Sysadmins<\/a>, IT Specialists, Maintainers<\/a>, etc.); however, there are plenty of Specialty Linux OSes<\/u> that normal people<\/a> <\/em>can find very helpful, e.g., some Russian male hiding from Putin’s ‘Press Gangs<\/em>‘ who are feeding Russian conscripts into the ‘Meat Grinder<\/b><\/a>‘ – OR<\/b> – maybe you’re cheating on your wife ‘n don’t want her to know how many women you’re are cheating wid.<\/p>\n
